  • Reverse kegel

    My muscles down there were way to tight and since doing reverse Kegels I am noticing a much better erection I think that is also from the Jp 90 routine. The one thing is I have read you aren't supposed to push out your stomach or feel any pressure in there but I find I need to push out my lower abdomen a bit to do it . Is there a way around this? Or am I doing it incorrectly?

    I suspect you are doing it correctly and just need to keep practising.

        I've been doing reverse kegels for about 2 weeks and I'm not sure if I've done one right. When I do what I think is right I also have to flex/ push out my stomach
