Dear valued members. I am a beginner. I have attached some pics in this thread. Cause I need some suggesstions. Which exercises are better for my penis according the size of my penis. Because I am very much confused in which section i should be attentive? the length or the girth? the base or the mid shaft? please help me. I am now doing JP'S routine for last two months.

well since you are a beginner it really doesn't matter what size you are right now it is all about conditioning your penis for the exercises so i would suggest that you start out with the beginner forum and look up jon pop 90 day routine it is the best you will gain a little in both girth and in length good luck and welcome to the gymmy current BPFSL: 7.5 and current BPEL: 7.5 and current EG: 6.0

Sajoy, finish the Jp 90 day routine then decide which way YOU want to focus your routine. Pratice edging, it will help with some of your problem.

Agree that edging should help, It sounds like you need more practice before you can find your PORN, try to stay hard for a couple of minutes, then give it a few gentle slaps against your palm to keep blood flowing and prevent the orgasm then another minute etc.. good luck but be patient, you cant become a giant in 2-3 months!!04/2010 6.1x4.9"
