I was wondering if its possible to do too much stretching. Everytime I go to the bathroom I do as many of those mid flow urine kegels and after learning to stretch (two days ago :P) I've been doing a basic stretch for thirty seconds.is it possible that thisll lead to over training? So far I've had nothing but good pis but I don't wanna overdo it.
