I have just started PE and I was curious, are the results gained permanent, or are there any tips to make my gains(if there are any) permanent?
Also, if you have any tips for me, feel free to post them.
Thankyou!
PS: How long does it ussually take to see any gain at all?

zmx,
Welcome to the gym! Yes, unlike gym exercising, many men find that their gains are permanent. This isn't always the case, though. To keep the gains you make, you'll want to cement them (which involves weening yourself of PE).
About the time commitment: Many men see gains within the first week. Others don't see gains for months. To maximize your chance of gaining, you'll want to know as much as possible before you start. Check out our:
Good luck!

Thanks alot.
I have done a bit of reading about this, and will keep reading.
Another question, how do I "ween" myself off PE? Just slowly stop?
EDIT: Also, will I gain faster if I were to exercise everyday or one day on, one day off as opposed to one day on 2 days off?
Thanks.Last edited by zmxncbv; 08-24-2007 at 08:54 PM.

zmx: No problem
Yes, by weaning yourself off you just slowly stop over three or so months time.
In the beginning you will want to start of slow. Go with 1 on, 2 off at first, then after two weeks move up to 1 on, 1 off. Then after another 2-3 weeks move up to 2 on, 1 off.

Okay, thankyou.
Is there a reason that it should eb only done every 3 days? Risk of injury possibly?
Also, is there any chance I could lose length by doing this? I looked at my dick earlier, when it was non erect, and it looked smaller. Is that possible? or wwere my eyes playing tricks on me?
EDIT: I have done a bit of reading, and I have been informed that maturbation will slow down the growth, is this true? if so how much will it hinder growth?
Thanks.Last edited by zmxncbv; 08-24-2007 at 09:47 PM.

Ayoz is right: Your flaccid size changes all the time. However, if you're actively PEing, which you are, then your flaccid size is a great indicator of whether or not the exercises are working. For more information, check out sparkyx's article on physiological indicators that affect growth.
