Hi im new in the community but surfing the net for months. And now i finished my routine just in time to start my program tomorrow july 1st. So here it is:
Routine:
(2 days on, 1 off)
- 10 mins Warm Up
- 10 mins Stretching w/ 5 quick kegels on different directions + mini circles + Helicopter Shakes between intervals
- 5 mins Wet Jelqing (90 reps / 1 rep = 3secs)
- 5 mins V-Jelqing (60 reps / 1 rep = 3secs)
- 20 hot towel raises (pre warm down)
- 10 mins Warm Down
Total of 40+ mins / day.
Kegel: (5days straight, 2 days off)
60 reps (1 rep / 3-5 secs hold)
*I also added edging and ballooning in my routine both 3 times per week. (MWF = ballooning, TTHS = edging)
So My Program will look like these every week:
Monday- Workout, Kegel, Ballooning
Tuesday- Workout, Kegel, Edging
Wednesday- Kegel, Ballooning
Thursday- Workout, Kegel, Edging
Friday- Workout, Kegel, Ballooning
Saturday- Edging / Sex, Rest day
Sunday- Rest day
As you can see i ended up my program with edging / sex and i have 2 rest days. With this kind of program i think i can maximize my gains without overdoing my penis and allowing enough rest days for it to grow.
Any comments/opinions or suggestion are all welcome as im still a newbie in this so i can re-modify my routine. I will be starting tomorrow so wish me luck guys. I'll update this thread often so you guys know if my routine will work.. Im hoping.
