  • Is there any way to feel if you are doing a reverse kegel correctly?

    Hi,

    When I kegel I know that I am doing it correctly because I can feel the muscle behind my balls tense up. Are there any definite indicators like this for reverse kegels?

    When I do them erect(during edging), my veins become more pronounced.

      when you reverse kegel you push your breath like exhaling and you feel your lower abdomen hardens.. just imagine you have too much air on your stomach and you really need to fart..

        If you yourself you did it right, but a bit too hard.
        Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
        Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG

          Ah ok, I think I'm doing it right then. It feels a bit awkward, doesn't come as naturally as normal kegels. I've not shat my self yet but there is always next time!
