    Hi folks.

    I'm looking to gain girth (though I wouldn't mind a little extra length...), so is it OK for me to replace the basic jelq with the v-jelq, and the stretches with flaccid bends? According to the girth hardgainer thread they should be safe even for a beginner (I've only done some kegels before, and didn't even know the exercise had such a name).

    If you are just taking up this special hobby and have not done any PE before, you could expect gains of 0,5-1cm in BPEL after 18 days with this routine. These numbers are not guess work, 7 people have reported gains of 1cm+ (5 people at thunders and two of my own test-subjects) in exactly 18 days till now.

    I started the PE routine as it is suggested by PE Gym with a variation. I read somewhere that I should repeat the warm-up at the end of the work-out, too. So after the exercising I spent 6-8 mins "warming-down". I guess that was a mistake.

    I am in my third week of the above routine. Do you think I can now switch to your rourtine or is it too late? Even if I continue with this routine should I have a month off sometime?

    Starting stats 1/5/09 FL 8.5cm (or 3.35") and PEL 15.5cm (or 6.10") and EG 13.00cm (or5.12")

    let me know if im not making sense. but pretty much im trying to gain size with PE and also im trying gain endurance.

    I had the most powerful and explosive orgasm ever about an hour after jelqing...not sure if it is good practice but took an opportunity!

    i would like to ask this question:
    after doing wet jelq..i should wash off the lube and then do rotary strech....is remarkable the temperature of the water? maybe it's just a banal thing...but i wish to have a confirmation please.

    I've been following JP's routine for the past 3 weeks and I'm already seeing results in my flaccid state (it feels much heavier and probably about half of an inch longer!)

    I have the patience and the time to follow pretty much any routine and this seems like a routine for people who don't have the time to take up the more time consuming routines.

    My question is, would there be any point in dropping JP's routine and taking this one up ?

    No. Stick with JP's routine, you've been on it for 3 weeks so why change course so soon. JP's routine works and I gained 3/4" length in my first 3 months.
