I know how to to them, but I would like to understand how they work. They seem more like a stretching exercice to me, but they're supposted to help with girth, right? also, how many of them do you perform, and for how long? thx guys

Honestly... I don't understand them either. When I do them, the feel like they are working.
I think I kinda know why they work... but I have no idea for sure. I think it has something to do with stretching out the penis, but in more of a sideways fashion, rather than the elongating type stretch. Since you should be doing it from all angles it will help make it somewhat wider. That's just a guess...Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

No expert on the subject but I do them every chance I get and I believe they have contributed to my girth gains. My theory: as the penis is bent around the fingers, it stretches the tissue in the area of the bend, helping to breakdown and increase the CC in that area. I try to maintain at 40% and the tissues really flatten and broaden out during the dend. I hold the stetch/bend for as long as 60 seconds.
Sometimes when I know I won't be able to get in a good session that day, I will do these plus some basic streches in the shower and it creates a very full hang that lasts for hours.

I just started doing them after my workouts in the shower... But I do a downward bend with one finger for 10 sec then release and then same with 2 fingers then 3 fingers.. Then do all four sides with that same method.. Definately seems to have me hang lower after a jelq session as opposed to having moslt shrinkage...
But GTO, you hold for 60 sec?? How do you do that? They seem kind of dangerous to me..
