    Nep in your case I recomend 50% reverse kegals. Since you do have unconcious kegals you may need more, but let me know how you are going.

    the other night i did some kegel holds when i knew i was close to cumming, it added on at least another 10minutes!

    dno if thats really a PC muscle relax, i think its more of a flex but yeah

    I feel like this topic relates a bit to my problem - I have a habit of always contracting my pc muscle. Whenever I don't during masturbation/sex, the feeling is just a lot less because the glans becomes smaller. Actually, it becomes so much less that I lose my erection.

    How do I fix this? It's really become a problem for me, as I cannot orgasm without contracting my pc muscle for lengths at a time.

    Most guys contract their pelvic floor during sex and masturbation have you tried shorter more frequent contractions?
    You should do a kegal routine and edging to build up your eq.

    You have eq issues, would you say you have mild erectile difficulties,or is this more a matter of delayed ejaculation?
    In any case it does not sound like premature ejaculation, your workout would be a little different.

    Is it okay to do edging while contracting the pc muscle? Because I cannot reach PONR without contracting that muscle..
    I don't suffer from premature ejaculation, but more from some form of ED.

    Thanks Pegasus. I didn't notice that I contracted my PC muscle until I started to do kegals haha. Can it be that the unconcious kegals are a result of the kegal-routine?
    I will do 50% reverse kegals. I didn't do any excercising this week because I had stitches in my right hand and I figured a short brake wouldn't do me any harm, but I'm starting over tomorrow. I will let you know if it helps! Since I'm doing the stretches form JP's routine, should I change some of the kegals for reverse kegals or should I do the reverse kegals as an extra?

    Reverse kegels will help cut down on the unconscious ones. They will help relax it for a while and make them slow/stop.

    Most guys do unconcious kegals,so it is unlikely that your kegal routine caused them. However it could have made them stronger.

    I would do the reverse as an extra. As np suggests you can also do them during edging.
