    Hello there,

    I've understood that most men unconsciously contract their PC muscle during masturbation and/or sex. I caught myself doing that too. I've also read that you need to learn to relax the PC muscle during sex to last longer. As I want to last longer, I want to know if relaxing the muscle is the same als doing a reverse kegel? Does that work to last longer in the sack?
    Please let me know, 'cause I would really like to last longer.

    Thanks for your reaction too, Pegasus!

    I've did as NP97 suggested and read about kegels and reverse kegels. I also read the impliciations tread he recommended. I tried kegeling and reverse kegeling while peeing. If I understood correctly you have to respectively cut off your pee and push it out real hard to get the feeling?
    I've also noticed that Pegagus recommends that at least 50% of the kegel-workout has to be reverse kegels. So if I take the beginner routine on the site (50 1-5 sec. kegels), should I do like 25 kegels and 25 reverse kegels (or 1 kegel, 1 reverse kegel 'til I reach 50 or something like that)?
    Is it normal that I feel my lower abs contracting while I do reverse kegels? Or does that mean I'm doing something wrong?
    A lot of questions, I'm sorry about that.

    Thanks for your compliment Pegasus. I have to admit that I do have two dictionaries on my desk (Dutch - English and English - Dutch) to help me out when needed. But in the Netherlands, English is the first foreign language we learn at school and a lot of series and movies are English with Dutch subtitles, which explains why most Dutch speak English.

    Actually Neppert, the 50% plus reverse recomendation, was for guys with established premature ejaculation, who suspect pelvic floor imbalance.This would manifest in the form of invoulntary kegal spasms. Normal recomendation is 30% to 50% and less than that for someone with delayed ejaculation. This is subject to change as we are experimenting. Pirate likes alternating reverse and keagls.
    Lower abs is good re reverse, you may also feel the base of your balls.

    I like the Netherlands, though it has been many years since I have been there. I even like rollmops. I liked Belgium too and their fine beers ,which the rest of the world now appreciate. Hell, europe was good to me.

    Thank you Pegasus, things are a whole lot clearer.
    So I guess I'll keep my reverse kegels at 30%-50% of the routine. I have to learn to relax during sex, because if I kegel I'll ejaculate quickly. I never had this problem before I had my frenum cut loose from the head though, but I guess that all made me a little more sensative and aware of what's going on down there.

    I'm glad you like the Netherlands! I'm not that crazy about fish, although I have to eat it because of the proteins and fats, so don't ask me about rollmops. I can't speak on the Belgian beers, because my diet doesn't allow me to drink alcohol. But when I finish this diet I will try some!

    Another technique that will help you last longer is to relax your leg muscles when you feel close to orgasm. You'd be surprised how much muscle tension is in your body just before climax and by releasing this tension I have learned to have multiple orgasms.
