Warm up with heat pads

Hi guys. I wonder if it is okay to warm up/down using heat pads?

I don't think its a bad heating method if its convienient for you. If you try the rice sock though, I think you will like that method aswell.

I would say go for using a rice sock. I tried a heating pad for a while, and it just seemed to clumsy to use. Good luck and hope that helps.
