  • problem!

    alright im 18 and i've never had any real problems with my penis. 3 weeks ago i was fine the night before, worke up and i had some sort of pain at the base and beginning of the shaft on the right side of my penis. It felt like there was some stringy thing under the skin like a vein or something. and it was hard and there was pain as mentioned. the problem went away after 3 or 4 days. i do masterbate and i do have sex. i had sex about 2 weeks ago. and i masterbate regularly. on sunday night i watched some porn and masterbated twice. i felt fine went to bed and work up to the pain again. it seems like the same thing as before but after 4 days i feel like its only gotten worse. it only hurts when my penis is either yanked the area is pushed on or i think about it and move.so i can't masterbate and im afraid of trying to have sex with my gf. the stringy thing is back and on the right side around the middle it looks like a little swollen bump of skin thats more white then the rest of my skin. its noticable when i have an erection and when im flaccid. its not to noticable but if your looking for it your going to see it. what do i have? should i go to my doctor? ive tried doing some research and what ive found is peyroines which since im young i highly doubt. a pulled ligament. a clotted vein. stuff like that. does anyone know what i have? is it serious? will it just go away on its own? ive also tried icing twice and im trying a hot pack now. any feedback would be much appreciated.

    I have no idea what that is...

    Take a break from everything for a little while, see a doctor. Study & try to figure out what's going on with your penis. The fact that you're feeling pain tells me something is wrong.

    But really, you might just need a rest. Stop doing PE for a while & see what the doctor says.

      I'm thinking its either a ligament of a vein but im not sure. the hard whatever it is went away when the pain went away before and now its back. maybe i just over worked or was to rough or something and pulled a ligament or vein and it needs rest? also the pain isn't to noticable just when i try to masterbate like i usually do (tight and fast) i feel the pain and its not a ton but its enough to deter me from doing it.

        You could use a rice sock to heat up, but I wouldn't try & work out again until you heal. It's too early for you to be getting injuries like this. You should try & figure out what happened.

        Were you doing a proper warm up with a rice sock... (or another form of heat)
        Maybe you used too much force too soon... (like gripping too tight during a jelq, or pulling too hard during a manual stretch).

        Hopefully you can figure out what went wrong so that you can avoid going through it again.

        What you need to avoid, is doing anything that will make the injury worse or prevent it from healing. Take it easy for a little while. Don't forget about PE, but do give yourself from time.

        Give it a week & see if there's still any pain... if you suspect its serious, a doctor is always a good idea. Don't risk breaking your penis

          I get sore from PE, but I rarely get anything that lasts more than 24 hours (then I know I've pushed a bit too hard). Usually the kind of soreness I get heals within a few hours. The fact that your injury has lasted a few weeks indicates it might be serious (at least to me!) Either that or you're just not allowing it to heal--assuming this was a PE related injury.

            well i was with my gf tonight. she thinks along with me i pulled something. me being the hard head i am fooled around alittle. no sex just some dry humping and a little bj nothing big. but it feels worse now so were both thinking that since that made it worse. and the pain and everything was gone for around 2 weeks and just started again monday morning. and no i was just chokin the chicken lol no work out or anything like that

                I am sure it will be difficult but you'll have to give your penis a break. It sounds like you're a younger guy with hormones raging, so it might be hard. Let yourself heal & then go from there is what I would say.

                There's some supplements that could possibly help, guys like Kingpole or Vulcan know more about supplements (those are the first two guys that came to mind on that subject).

                When they see this thread they will probably respond.

                  just alittle it sucks. it also hurts when i piss cuz i do yank alittle bit so i get everything out. so it feels the same way when i pop a willy and when im flaccid

                    woke up today the pain isnt to baad but noticable. the bump seems alittle bigger and noticable now but it doesnt hurt even when pressed on. the hard stringy thing looks alittle more noticable aswell i could see it when i looked down when i woke up at half mast earlier. anyone else have any aadvice? i dont want to go to the doctor really so thats the last option siince i have a check up sometime in the next 2 months anyways and im kinda embarrased about this.

                      Just tell the doctor you were "polishing the trophy" & your hand slipped

                      1-You can do 2 minute cold packs (don't go longer than that), or cold towels...
                      2-You can also do 20 minute rice socks.
                      3-Don't do any PE until you're fully healed.

                      I don't know if that's serious or not; I don't know what those things are. You've had some persistent pain though for a few weeks from what you said.

                      Don't risk breaking your penis (of course). Just get healed fully before you attempt to come back to PE. A green light from the doctor that you're "OK" is a good sign, but also watch your feelings-- pain, soreness, etc... and be careful.

                      I would say you need to go slower next time... don't grip as tight, work into things more gently, be more cautious. An injury can set you back more than anything else...

                        pain has gone down to the point where it isn't noticable at all.
                        the stringy thing is still there but has gone away like not as noticable and doesnt throb or anything
                        the bump disapeared.
                        ive been able to masterbate the last 2 days so am i healed or should i try taking it easy for alittle while to make sure?

                          I dunno mate but if it was me i'd just not touch my dick for a week or two. I reckon thats what blink meant when he said leave it alone. I agree. No yanking on it when you piss anymore, i think thats unnecessary, no masturbating and hoping its ok, maybe even tell your girl you're out of action for a bit. Glad the pains going away, but if its not healed, you're really gonna have to learn the discipline to not play with your pecker AT ALL for a while.

                              hi bij... you have probably developed thrombopheblitis of one of the superficial veins of the penis. In your case, I would guess from the trauma (agressive PE). Prolonged stretching, jelqing, clamping, etc can cause irritation to the inner lining of the veins with subsequent clotting, then they become inflammed. This normally subsides in 1-2 weeks, but I am suspicious that since you didn't rest, you may have kept it inflammed. You should start Ibuprofen 400-600mg three times a day (as long as you are not allergic to it and do not have stomach ulcers) and warm compresses at least twice a day. DO NOT do any PE, and try not to masterbate for a while. If it increases in size, becomes more painful, then get to a doctor for more aggressive treatmet. If it starts to respond to what I told you to do, you've got it made. Once you have healed, resume your PE gradually.
