I always jelq while watching porn cause that's the only way I can keep a 50-60% erection. Now, I was wondering If you can jack off 10 minutes right after you've finished with your jelquing routine.

So it actually takes porn for you to maintain a 50-60% erection? I can't watch porn when I jelq because EL goes through the roof.
If you gotta wack it after jelqing, at least edge a bit.

Hey redhot, welcome to the gym! First off, I would try not to rely on porn to maintain an erection....this can have a negative impact and potentially lead to E.D. Try to focus on the sensation/feeling rather than visual stimulation of pornography.
Like PEskeptic mentioned...If you really feel the urge to masturbate after your workout, I'd at least try to incorporate some edging which will benefit you positively.

What Diesel said. Eventually you get into the habit of edging every time you masturbate which is GREAT for your gains. There are a lot of members here who edge after a work out, I say try and edge without releasing. It takes some control but you'll get used to it and it helps you build up for your eventual release. Keep in mind a healthy amount of masturbation is around 3-4 times a week. I'd say anymore than that you're in danger of hurting your gains. Whacking off is almost like an exercise too, too much of it and you can tire your member out resulting in hindered gains.
