Hey, so I have a question about kegels.
The thing is, I've recently (few days ago) started doing kegels, and I haven't actually felt an improvement. Besides that, since the beginning I've been able to hold it for at least 30 seconds and I bet I could manage a minute if I really tried. Am I doing it wrong, or what is happening? I'm pretty sure I have the right muscle, because I can do it while peeing and hold the pee.
I'm also struggling with keeping my erections and sometimes even attaining one, as you might have read on the ED board. I don't know if it's physical ED though, but I'm only 18 :/
