It would seem that I've ruptured a small blood vessel on my penis.
Do not jelq if you find yourself erect. Lesson learned.
Can I continue to kegel through the injury?
Heat wrapping is advised right?

Heat is good. Kegels? Hrm... Hold off on them for a bit.... once you feel comfortable give them a try.
