Hello, I have been trying to do decent Penis exersices for years (on and off), but I eventually give up because I always end up masturbating to edjadculation. I've been masturbating 2-3 times a day since I was 14 and I'm 30 now.. I don't think I will ever be able to stop this habit - I love it too much! I've read on the boards that masturbating to edjacuation will limit my gains.. How can I get around this?

its obviously gonna be something that's hard for you, but something that helped me was to cut access from all porn. Even put a site blocker on the sites you visit for 1-3 months, trying finding a hobby something that will occupy your time and your mind. When it comes to PE you'll just have to take it slow until you master this. Best thing i can recommend is that once your penis becomes hard close your eyes and take deep breaths (pushing stomach out) and think of something other then PE until erection level subsides. Hope that will help you to start.
i guess you could even try masturbating early in the day then PE later at night... but i wouldn't recommend it. Whatever will help you get into the process of not cumming is better then continuing down that path.

@TS, I have the same issue (along with a dozen of a lot more severe unit problems). I'm preety much sick shitless and have to wait for an unknown period of time till I will be able to PE to regain the lost size. But after that, I see a huge problem stoping me from the exercises, because I have also had a bad habit of over-masturbation and combined with the disease my unit is ultimatively over-sensitive, a touch is needed to gain a erection, even a mere picture of a naked woman will stimulate one. What I want to know from experienced members, what can I do to decrease this over-over-sensitivity? A member reccommended stamina exercises, but those are mostly just masturbatory methods. Are there any supplements that can be used to desensitise the unit (other then damaging creams)? I am momentarily trying to lay of this bad habit, and also plan to lay off completely till I heal. I say, my healing time requires 4 months, will absolutely no masturbation for that long period do me any harm? Ofcourse, I plan on reestablishing the act to a lesser degree after the curing. Excessive masturbation is without a doubt, counterproductive at best. A few times a week supposedly helps, or something like that. When I say counterproductive, I mean, if your skin is sore, or if you're close to an injury with PE, then masturbation could create issues.
Or at an extreme (like our friend who started the thread), it sounds like he just masturbates instead of doing his PE routine.
However, there are those that believe ejaculation helps increase testosterone or something. I have not researched the subject though, and I don't know what the sources are for that.

I masturbate at least once a day and I JUST read that thread ( guys who didn't masturbate and didn't ejaculate gained more than those that did. The question is: Do I want those extra gains bad enough to stop masturbating? Cutting down to once/week would be a challenge...STATS:
