    Hello again. I've now been doing pe for the past two months. For the first month-and-a-half, I was gaining steadily in length gains. But ever since I've started doing the bundled stretch instead of the basic stretch, I haven't really gained at all. Does anybody have an explanation for that?

    Also, right now I'm just focused on length and stamina gains. Currently my main routine involves bundled stretching and kegels. Is that good enough, or should I add on to it? Any recommended exercises would be appreciated.

    And finally, I've read somewhere on this message board that watching porn causes too much excitement and you cannot become fully erect off of it. If so, how can I get a good enough erection to measure my dick without watching porn?

    POrn can cause ED to. The question is can you get a good erection w/o watching porn. It is true you can't get fully erect watching porn,

    Bundle stretches may not be for you at this time. Go back to what was causing growth.

    Do stretching jelqing and edging, this is the best combination for length gains and stamina.

      Alright, thinks for the advice. I was starting to think bundled stretches wasn't for me right now, but now I'll go back to basic stretching. I'll also start working jelqing into my routine.
