Here are some very helpful and very inexpensive products that every beginner should get to aid them in PE. They have made my PE dramatically more convenient and effective!
First off, the rice sock for warming. This is an amazingly easy thing to make and the most effective tool to do your warm up. To make a rice sock, get a tube sock, fill it with long grain white rice, and tie it off. Amount will vary based on your preference but you want to leave a good amount of free space for the sock to be able to wrap around your member. Use a new sock or fairly new sock because an old sock will have wear and tear on the bottom half of the foot and it will be significantly hotter on that side. You want even heat distribution. Cost: Sock, $1-2, Rice, $2

Next, Baby powder (talcum powder). After warm-up, this is a very helpful product to help grip your member during manual stretching. If you are having trouble getting a solid grip or a solid stretch, this is your ticket. Put a moderate amount on your hands, cover your unit with it (especially around the glans area where you will be pulling) and tug away. Cost: $2

Next, a tape measure to keep track of your progress. Cost: $2

Finally, Bio-Oil (or a house brand like CVS/Walgreens call it Skin Treatment Oil) is a great lube to use during jelqing. I add ~5 drops of the Oil with about a quarter size of Baby Oil Gel or Petroleum Jelly, and you have a lube that will last you forever. You will never have to reapply mid-workout so it's much superior to lotion! Also, this oil has been said to be very similar to some of those "penis enlargement oils" that are sold for a ridiculous markup. This Bio-Oil/Petroleum Jelly combo is also an amazingly effective lube for anal sex (if you're into that sort of thing!). It's amazing. Make sure to have napkins/paper towels to clean this up! Do not use towels with petroleum jelly, you will stain your clothes! I learned the hard way. Cost: Bio-Oil, $10-15, Baby Oil/Petro Jelly, $5

I think I'm gonna pick up some bio-oil before work. I wanna try that stuff. CVS right next door anyways.

Is the BIO oil superior to baby oil for jelqing, or how well does it compare to EVO?

Great post. I've only just discovered the value of baby powder. Finally feeling 'the stretch' with manual stretches, and not just skin.

This is indeed a really good post, but there are one or two tools missing for a beginner: a ruler to keep track of your progress (this shouldn't be really expensive) and if you want some pictures, a camera (the cheapest would be a disposable one but it could be embarrassing when you want to have them developed!
).
