    I just did the LOT test and need some clarification. My LOT is at 6.00 (down). According to the 90 day workout, it says you should jelq against the LOT. For 6.00, it would be straight up.

    Does this mean that I should be jelqing by pulling upward (pointed at my face) rather than down???

    Also, if that’s true, should I not jelq downwards at all??




    This brings me to the second part of the issue. I’ve been jelqing going on 4 months now. The first 5 weeks or so, I ONLY jelqed upwards. I felt like I had better grip and more traction that way. After reading on many sites that you should push the blood down, I started jelqing downwards.

    My first set of real gains came at the 3 month mark, when I started incorporating one handed power jelqs. I have a feeling that my gains were the result of the power jelqs. So I don’t really know if the “Upward-Jelqing” was effective at all.


    In my mind, I’m thinking bloodflow needs to be pushed down to the head, and with jelqing up - even with a power kiegel - you can't trap and hold the bloodflow as well.


    I like the upwards jelqing but don't want to waste time on an exercise that is ineffectual. I have no problem jelqing down; just want to find the most effective route.

    LOT: Not Related to Jelqs
    I don't see how LOT angle is related to jelqs at all. Really, your LOT is just a way of describing the way your penis exits the body (9 o'clock straight out, 6 o'clock straight down or somewhere in between). If you stretch your ligaments you can reduce your LOT (e.g. go from a LOT of 9 to a LOT of 8). So LOT at least from my understanding is only relevant to stretching type exercises (e.g. manual stretching, hanging, etc).

    Jelq Technique
    I don't think the angle you jelq at matters as long as you are symmetrical with both hands in terms of pressure & angle (so you grow straight). The jelq effectively grows your penis through the targeted application of blood pressure. As you push the blood through your penis, you're causing micro tears, deformation & eventual growth. One key to effective Jelqs is by doing them slowly. Guys that do really fast 1-2 second jelqs tend not to gain as well from the excercise. You probably need to do 3-5 second jelqs (depending on how long your unit is, etc); the idea here is just go slow.

    I made great gains jelqing downwards. Whatever your LOT, don't overlook the downward jelq.

    I jelq mainly to about 8-9 o'clock if you reference a clock face. Reverse ok grip as close to the base as possible. Kegel every few jelqs. I do alternate some v-jelqs in to mix it up.

    I think this is excellent advice. I find by adjusting the angle I can more easily control the amount of blood in my penis.

    Whenever I have trouble getting enough blood into my penis, I do a few light BTB jelqs, kegels & I point my penis downward. Then the blood flows in & I'm able to jelq. If I start getting too much blood in my penis I point it straight, or up... usually that helps me jelq more effectively.

    I second this. I do 3 to 5 second jelqs and sometimes clamping holds. I figure out where the pain point is and stop just short of pain. Ive only been at it for 40 days. Ive gone from 5 inch girth to 5 1/3 inch in that time. 13% gain in erect volume and erection is hard as fuck. I havent been measuring but yesterday my wife said my dick was bigger so I checked and sure enough. No length gain though. Still at 6 1/4 bone depressed erect measurement

    Base and going to glans ? Is t right ?
