    I find it difficult to get a good erection a few hours after jelqing, is this normal? I started doing jelqs three weeks ago but no length gains as of yet although my penis does feel slightly thicker, any thoughs on this?

    If you can't get am erection 3 hours after jelqing that means your grip was to tight. Take a few days off. You may have to do PE for 3 months before you see erect gains.

    Don't jelq your glans.

    Focus the pressure more on the left & right sides more than the top of your shaft (i.e. pressure should be more on the left & right erectile chambers, not on the dorsal nerve that runs across the top of your shaft). The pressure from a jelq will be everywhere with the OK grip, but especially starting out, while you're not conditioned yet, you need to be much more cautious.

    Your dorsal never is most sensitive behind your coronal ride on top of your shaft-- if this nerve bundle is damaged, it can hurt your potential to get & maintain erections.

    I bet you're jelqing too fast. Don't use as much pressure & do it slowly. The jelq creates gains through the use of your own internal blood pressure. To create good deformation, microtears, etc you need to let the blood flow build up well & have it there a few seconds. A bit less pressure, over more time can give better results. Once you're more experienced with PE you can look into changing that...

    I think a jelq should be 3-5 seconds minimum. Guys that don't make good gains from jelqs are often doing 1-2 second jelqs.

    I just tried jelquing again after 8 years. I think i caused some damage that affected my ability to get erections... they just seemed to go down really quick.

    8 years on i was improving a lot and i can get erections now more quickly and they stay longer.

    however just earlier this morning i did 30 dry jelqs after a warm up. i dont know if i went too hard but...

    i cant get an erection now, its like my dick has died or something, it feels strange inside and its just not responding to touch or anything.

    if i have damaged a nerve is that it, coz i have a feeling im back to square one of 8 years ago and im shitting my pants.

    anyone got any advice for me please?
