If you want to be larger, fine -- learn about PE and do it. But DON'T think you cannot have great sex now, and DON'T sideline yourself for such a truly trivial reason!
Aye, but how do you really feel about it, BW?

What?! EL: 5.1 and you need a surgery?!! That's my length right now and I am happy with my girl I will take time to PE it up but I am not in any hurry at all. Btw, I am in early twenties too. The only reason I want to make it longer is at my current length, it's hard to pull out some positions during sex.

I am sure your problem doesn't lie in your penis size.

Also, surgery can give you quite the ugly cock. Nobody wants an ugly cock.

From a doctor's perspective, the surgery is HIGHLY risky and bad outcomes are numerous. Guys have undergone additional surgeries just to repair the damage from the first one... it's a nightmare. Not only that, but guess what your plastic surgon will tell you AFTER the surgery, you'll be doing PE! Hanging, stretching... and so forth, because ifyou don't, your penis will retract to a size smaller than what it was in the first place due to scar tissue. Please don't do this.

I entered the PE world as a disbeliever 1 year ago, but because a patient of mine asked me about PE (because he too was concerned about his penis size), I studied it, and eventually started. I've gained 1 inch in length and still at it.

You need to do two things as far as I see it... (1) Start PE - I understand privacy is an issue, but work in what you can. Over time, you may find find more ways to get your "work out" in (get up an hour earlier). (2) You need to work on where your head is it. Take a deep breath, get out of panic mode, realize that actually your penis is FAR from small, and get a positive outlook on yourself. Read the article that blink referred to. I would even change your screen name here from "1 inch" (negative) to "6 inches" (positive) or whatever your goal is. You've got yourself in a hole, and its time to climb out and reach for your goals!

    You can do it!
Thanks Doc! its good to have you here!...

1inch please listen to the advice being given. I started as a skeptic with not a lot of private time, but im a believer. PE is and should be fun, and feels good too. Please give it a shot and dont go under the knife. The benfits, in this case, dont out weigh the rewards.

Opps, there a word that I forgot to add on my list of words never to be used in pe;NOW! Did you say you were 9 years old or 19. To me the child is the one that wants something "now" whether it is good for him or not. He is a child and only knows "now". The adult sees a problem and then in a mature fashion figures out a solution and is willing to put in the work to attain such solution. So how old did you say you were?

If i was in your situation i would not consider the surgery as an option at all, not because of the cost but because the chances of having a slightly longer but useless penis are pretty high.

Although i'm only 1.5" inch bigger than you and that's still small for me and i'm desperate to have an 9" but you know what? TOUGH!! PE and sorting out my head are the only two things that can really help me!

    How is your EQ?
Yes I agree the advice is good, just not seeing too many positives at the moment.

EQ would be about 7-8/10, have stopped masturbating as much so hopefully will see some improvements from there. Will also try and start a decent supplement routine, will continue to bathmate for atleast 10min a day and try and get other things going.

I don't think the issue is with your cock size as much as you think it is, If you were to go to drastic measures of surgery to achieve the desired length you want, you would not find yourself happy because you haven't addressed the real problem. Which is your body image and self esteem..The size of your cock is not getting in the way of you finding happiness with woman, the way your perceive yourself is...Your measurements are a good length and your cock would satisfy women with out issue...

If you worked at gaining the inches by putting in the effort, and by doing PE your esteem will grow ..The other benefit of building the inches through exercise, is you will develop a better understanding of things like control, stamina and pleasure and you will adjust to the new size as it develops..

Surgery is way too risky. Have you thought about what your esteem and self view will be, if you found yourself in a position where your cock was rendered sexually useless or temperamental because of a botched procedure.. You feel like you can't wait, but quick fixes are often disasters waiting to happen.
