How many ppl here traction wrap? Do you see any results? I'm looking for something like an ads but a very light one right now is traction wrapping for me? If so what's the best way to do it?

I changed the name of the thread mate to be clear its about traction wrapping, hopefully that will get some replies. I can't link using my ps3, but there are threads on traction wrapping. Punch it into the search function and see what it throws up bro.

It can help if you're turtling, but that's all I would use it for.
I have also used a wrap when I'm sore, but that was just to protect my skin. It wasn't a traction wrap...
If you want an ADS, there are better options out there than a traction wrap.

What are some gains from wrapping? I heard flaccid is bigger? I have a small flaccid and have pe'd for a while and it hasn't gotten that much better.. What are some free ads options?

personally I do light hanging. I started with 5lbs after 4 mos PE. I'm at 10 lbs, but have to scale it back to 8 during my 2nd set. I made it from a sock and shoe string. I use a LOT of heat. I heat before I start, I heat between each set, I heat after my last set. Then I do a little bundled stretching and jelq for 15 minutes/edge for 10-15 and heat one more time. THEN I put on a traction wrap right away at full stretch. I have used both an athletic wrist wrap with velcro and a what-a-grip tennis racket grip you can find at walmart. I do not leave it on while sleeping though. It has helped my flacid.Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg

Good point stretch.
Hanging is superior to an ADS... & an excellent way to improve your flaccid (I am experiencing that right now). Once you've had a few months of PE experience you can try hanging (see hanging 101 in my signature).
Grower to Shower
The longer you PE, the closer your flaccid hang will approach your erect length. We have guys that have PE'd (pumping etc) for 20 years where their erect length is not much more than their flaccid hang.
PE will turn you from a grower to a shower. It takes time though (think in terms of years, not months when it comes to PE).

If you want something easy to wrap, i suggest using one of those penis sleeves. Go to your local sex toy store. The one that works the best for me is one of the thicker ones, and is about 3 inches long when not stretched. It goes off and on easy and based on your measurements it should work fine. Something like this should work fine (obviously you dont need all of them, but it gives you an idea of what to look for in the store:
