    Hi, i'm new and i'm french so excuse my language =/

    I have a question for this exercice "erect bend" : if my penis is curved to the left, I do this exercise just to the right or no ?

    Well, here is my program ; I'm a beginer ; please advise me :
    ---
    Warm up + towel raise (5:00)
    Stretching 10:00 (should be hard or not ?)
    Jelq x150
    V-jelq x100
    ---

    Is that a good program ?
    Is that possible to gain 2.0inches in EL and 0.8 in EG in 1 year ?

    Start with a normal beginner routine. This is both safer and more likely to produce results. That is what you want right? (results)

    It's up to you to follow a good workout routine consistently. What you gain will largely be dependent on that. A lot of things are possible, just make sure to do your part (by following a good routine and not getting injured), then your body will do the rest.

    You shouldn't be starting out with erect bends, that's really high injury risk.

    If you're concerned about a curve, Big Al knows a lot about that, here's a link on the subject:

    I hear many guys have been able to correct their curve as much as 40% to 50%.

        Nah, in France 93 refers usually to the number of a department (french territorial division) in the area of Paris...

            My penis has not really a curve but it go to the left although it stays straight

                I decide to do this :

                warm up 10:00
                stretchs jp's 90
                Stretch out and down 10:00
                Jelq + V-jelq : 240*2 reps (~32:00)

                Total : 1h - 1h10
                5 days on / 2 days off

                I read if we have a higher LOT, we gains faster ; I have a 9:00 LOT. How many months/years, in average, will I gain 1inche, 2inches, 3inches ? (in BPEL)
