11 weeks , 4 days a week. Flaccid keeps getting bigger and bigger, wake up almost every morning with a a boner. Yet still NOTHING really in measurable gains to EL and girth... help?

warm up 10min
directional stretches 2 reps of 30sec holds each direction
1 set 25 kegels while stretching each direction
flaccid bends
helicopters 5 sets 60
squeezes 3 reps 40sec
jelq 3 sets 20 (each jelq takes approx 15 sec cuz i hold at the end)
kegels
- i mix all this in not necessarily that order of exercises
warm down 5min

keep a longer warmdown trust me man. Just be patient too. Do NOT up the intensity man. What I would do if I were you. Is keep the same amount of stuff youre doing, but concentrate on the QUALITY of your jelqs and stretching more

Ok bro I have kind of the same issue.
When you are edging, after a while you'll get a huge boner. Just push out your kegel muscle (push OUT not in) and it will push even more blood into the penis. It will be extremely hard and you will probably want to just come immediately, but dont, just quickly grab a measuring tape and measure! Your penis will fill to it's true size and you'll notice your gains in lengthStart: 19 July 2010
