I was wondering how to avoid the "baseball bat" shape that might occur by jelqing. I ve been doing PE for almost 10 weeks, my penis didnt get the basball bat form YET. BUT i do not want the basball bat form, because my penis head has always been bigger (ticker) than the rest. - So plz - How to really avoid baseball bat shape and gain girth at the same time ??

Luis: The best thing you can do to avoid the baseball fact is exercise your entire penis. When you jelq, start at the very base of your pubic bone and stop directly before the head.
That said, don't worry about getting the baseball bat effect just yet. It doesn't happen overnight, and if you notice it occuring, that's when you take action to stop it.

I can see that its slightly started on me, and I have been doing PE for about 6 months.. I try to jelq from the pubic bone but that is hard because of allt the skin there and the interferrence of the balls.. Any good advice, Remek?! I really dont fancy the baseball bat.. =D

to combat this wouldn't a program of hard pressing be good to do after the 90 program? so 90 days of that and then 90 days of erect working out. Let me explain. one gets erect and then squeezes the penis causing it to expand. But when this happens blood usually centers around the base of the penis. I would take a gander that this could be effective and it is what I plan to do in order to even out my gains so as not to look disproportionate. But if a expert could enlighten us that would be helpful.

jelq squeezes and horses are good for this...BUT DO NOT try horses unless you are conditioned because you can really hurt yourself doing this

Stretching or hanging weights in multiple directions will also help develop base girth.

If you are concerned about base girth, use the overhand Jelq, i.e. palms facing down.
This helps to really get to the pubic bone for a full Jelq.
I believe a bigger base girth gives a good foundation for support of the entire penis.
My base girth was the first to increase and then the entire shaft followed. I am still bigger at the base, but not Disproportionate in that it doesn't look like a baseball bat, just strong and healthy. The best exercise I have found is for base girth and overall girth is this:

Thank guys.. Is there a way to kind of trap the blood in the base as there is for the head!? Peace =D

If you're doing compression type exercises (jelqs, squeezes, etc.) then you can use a cock ring or your fingers.
