    I'm currently doing my own routine now and i'm on a 3 days on 2 days off routine. I'm on my second rest day today but i feel like my dick is crying for me to jelq it. Should i screw this rest day and do my routine or should i be patient and wait? Also can i do JAI stretchs anytime throughout the whole day without it being warmed up and is there a limit of how many JAI stretchs u can do in a day?

      Less is more, giving your penis to recover is the best bet, evan if it feels like it needs a jelq :P
      I am not 100% sure though, but i have done alot of research

        My routine kept changing but now I gotta permanent one it's 10 minutes warm up jp's stretchs, half of jp's jelqs and sometimes an edging session with a 5 min warm down

          If you keep targeting different tissues you might fail to create sufficient fatigue consistently enough in the right tissues to result in deformation. In other words, if you keep changing your approach, it could prevent you from making gains.
