BINGO!! I think that is part of my problem too.. Though I am trying hard not to. i do the edging at the end of the routine as outlined in Kingpole's beginner to advanced-beginner routine. Just started it last week and finding it very satisfying in the sense I am able to ejaculate at the end, and doing the jelqs slower and more controlled I seem to be getting a much more intensified workout and everything seems to be coming together nicely. I thought with such a little amount of jelqs it would be like I was going backwards from the JP90 but it feels great and looking forward to re-measuring in 3 months' time!

Ejaculating at the end of an edging session can hinder your gains according to a study published on this site. According to that article, you stand to lose about half of your gains as opposed to edging without ejaculation.

As for the theories of ejaculating/not ejaculating at the end of edging I 'think' this is some kind of unproven, non-exact science, inasmuch as there are guys who believe their gains can be attributed to one method over another, but nothing scientific has been proven, ie no controlled scientific studies have been carried out. So they are just what they are-theories. Someone's ideas and interpretations of how they came to gain what they did.
For me, I have read many of Kingpoles posts and theories and for me I think I will go along with what he is saying and has proved for himself to be the methods used to gain. I'll be doing this for the prescribed 3 months and to the letter he is prescribing. If it works, great, if it doesn't then I know what works for him doesn't necessarily work for me. Everyone is different, one mans meat is another's poison. If is doesn't work, then I'll try something new after reading my own body's feedback and drawing from my own 6 months' knowledge.
