  • Combo Exercise

The exercise is basically a standard dry Jelq with the OK grip and palms facing down. The squeeze is tight and the jelq is 5 seconds. Once I hit right below the glans, I stretch my penis out with flaccid bends for 5 seconds while performing 5 kegels. I usually do 5 reps per set, with 5 sets (25 total for now). Each set is in a different direction, up/down/left/right and straight out.

These will be done after a warm-up of light intensity dry jelqs, and then followed by some sort of warm down, whether its more light jelqs or just edging.

If you have read anything about my current routines you know that I tend to do a couple of short PE sessions per day. In order to maximize my time spent, I am always trying to find new ways of combining exercises. So far I have liked this approach, but since I am only about 1.5 months in, I want to make sure there should be no real problem with it. The goal of the exercise is to be Girth/Length/Stamina.

So I guess my question is for all you experienced guys, is combining these exercises all into one counter-productive or unsafe? Do you have any suggestions that would help improve it?

Seems to me that would put an awful lot of pressure on the glans(Incorporating a jelq with a bend). If you push it to hard it will be counter productive.

Great point, and I am very glad you responded. I will regrip in the transition from jelq to stretch.
