No, but I do believe it's a viable option and can be perfectly safe with modern practices, and a good doctor that knows his stuff. Many men don't want to spend what may take years to accomplish with natural PE. Nor do they usually have the time to invest (in their mind). For those men, surgery is the answer. For the rest, natural methods are. I support options

You'll have to include "Penis Enlargment" in the title of the page to rise on a search for this subject.

Backlinks with that phrase will help, but in order to really get 'credit' from google, any SEO attempt must look 'natural' (you can post backlinks with all the same link title phrase-- you need some variation & as much as 60% of the backlinks can have the same phrase).

Current title: "Penis Gym - Get the Penis YOU WANT"
What about changing it to: "Penis Enlargement Gym - Get the Penis YOU WANT"

H1, H2, & H3 tags all help, & so do <P> tags. Having the right keywords in all of those places is synergistic. I do believe in the power of white hat SEO & long term I think its the best way to go. I don't trust google's official policies either on SEO; I find they like to misdirect people constantly because they are always combating spammers. I think ultimately the key is having good SEO done in a very 'natural' way; thats the one thing google doesn't want to stop (link farms, black hat SEO tactics, comment spammers & all these types of black hat tactics eventually get punished--but google can only punish them if things appear 'unnatural'). I.e. the google algorthim is always being refined to detect 'natural' vs 'artificial' SEO. One advantage you have here is content-- lots of the penis enlargement device sellers only have the fraction of the content that a real forum does.
