    what exercise do you guys think is better for achieving gains after the warm up ??
    stretching or jelqing ??

    Luis: It's really up to you. I generally recommend stretching first, because after a warm up the tissues are flexible and easy to elongate. You could also mix it up (i.e. rotate every few minutes with stretching and jelqing). For PE, trying different things often the best way to figure out what works best.
