    Hi! I'm new here and I need some answers please
    1. Can I do my workout with 1 or 2 hour pauses?
    2. How I can know how much pressure I can use in streching or jelquing?
    3. When I will see any results?
    4. What happens if I don't warm up or down some days? Is it that important?
    Start: NBPEL 5.35" x EG 4.8"
    Latest: NBPEL 6.30" x EG 5.3"
    Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 6.0"

    Hi Johnn, welcome to the gym.
    Here's my view about your questions:
    1. If you want to split your workout, feel free to do so, but be sure to warm up properly before each session.

    2. You've got to avoid any sensation close to pain. When you stretch, you must pull until you feel a good stretch inside your dick (not on the skin) and that's it, no need to use more strength. For the jelq, some say that the strength you use should be able to break an egg. When you jelq, you must use enough strength to see a good expansion of your glans by the end of your jelq (you can use your other hand to touch your glans which must become hard in the mean time).     4. Warm up and warm down significantly reduce the risk of injury, but doesn't directly influence gains from what I know. I'd advise to always warm up: a healthy penis is more important than a big penis which doesn't work!
