Welcome! There is alot of information in the beginners section to start you off .I would suggest you look at the 90 day beginners program to condition your unit so you don't injure it.If you read enough on here you will know that it will take time and dedication to achieve your goals but they can be achieved. In regards to extense, if you really want to do something good with your money than donate the money you spend on extense to a charity to feed homeless people because the money will do better there than wasting it on a pill that doesn't work!

in theory it sounds cool--right up to the point where you realize it wouldn't fit inside anyone but the loosest woman. Now, if your wife or significant other can take it, that's different (in that case forgive me for using the word loose!). Another issue is your starting point... I think very few have ever added more than about 2" to their girth. I think most guys are capable of adding at least 1" to their girth if they are willing to put in the time / effort. I'm guessing a soda can is about 8" in girth--unless you're starting at 6" in girth, getting there might not be possible (I'm not sure though, and I'm not trying to place limitations on you!)
