    Was just wondering if anyone could assist me with the level of intensity ( firm grip/ soft grip) i should use while jelqing,and or stretching? Any insight would be appreciated, thank you!!

    I would advise you to start with a low intensity, especially as you nearly injured yourself recently.
    Whether we're speaking of stretching or jelqing, it shouldn't be painful, that's the first rule! When you stretch, what you must feel is a good stretch in your penis (not the skin) and the ligaments and no more. No need to pull like mad and be sure not to squeeze too hard where you grip.
    A ggod jelq is a slow jelq (at least 3 seconds) thatresults in a good expansion of the glans which should become firm when you reach it (touch it with your other hand). No need to put more strength than this. Some say that your grip when jelqing should be light enough to avoid breaking an egg.     When it comes to jelqing, I belong to the camp of "the more blood pushed into your glans the better". If you can maintain a 50% or so erection level, use a good lube to prevent friction, and start deep into your pubic bone area as possible, a good firm grip will move a lot of blood. I would suggest trying a lower than normal number of jelqs, but jelq firmly. Wait a day or two to see how your unit responds. If it is fine, increase the number of jelqs, and repeat the wait and see how it responds part. Don't forget to mix in V's and regular jelqs.

    I feel that my unit can withstand a little more of a firm grip,but when you say firm, could you give me an example? I kind of feel that what your explaining to me might work well for me! And the only other thing is, i don't know how to V jelq.I appreciate the insight you have gave me already, so if i am asking for to much i understand. Any advice given will be greatly appreciated! THANK YOU!!!!

    I appreciate the advice,very detailed, and straight to the point. I will try to incorporate everything you have explained to my advantage, and see were that takes me .I will check out the forum-how i found my perfect jelq- and try to perfect my exercises to build a solid regimen!     I started a thread a while back discussing how to do V's, but have recently tried a different approach that is much more effective and not as technical ( https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...te-vs-uvs.html ). This isn't an advanced exercise, just more effective. If you try them you will have to decide yourself how tightly to squeeze your jelqing fingers together. As for the more traditional way to do V's, here is that thread: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...ct-v-jelq.html .

    For regular jelqing if your unit is conditioned you should try UJ's (see my signature). It is pretty intense, so start off carefully with it if you attempt them. If you aren't ready for them, the usual regulars are ok also.

    As for grip strength, like I said before, if you want more intensity, grip more firmly and try doing fewer than normal to see how your unit responds. If everything is ok and you want to grip more firmly, try it and then wait to see how your unit responds to that. Remember that the harder you grip the more important it is to keep your shaft well lubricated to prevent friction. It is all trial-and-error here, with your unit being the final judge.
