    Over the last two months I have been looking at various PE exercises that are available. This site is great!!! So many to pick from and so really a lot of great information on how to do them. However, I am starting small. My flaccid length is currently 2.75" bone pressed and with the fat pad over my pubis, my normal exposure is even less. I can get the job done as i am sure I am making good strides ahead. But normally I have to make modifications throughout my routine.

    I was wondering how many other overweight guys are here that are having the same problem? Is this something we should have a discussion on? Eventually maybe a section that documents some modified techniques?

    To begin with I documented my warmup routine this morning. I use a warm wet washcloth and rice sock combination. The rice sock is more of a heat supply to keep the wash cloth warm for my entire 5-10 minute warmup.

    Prep - Warm up items. I begin this by rinsing the washcloth in water and then wringing out the excess. Next I place the rice sock in the microwave for 60 seconds. After the 60 seconds I add the wash cloth to the rice sock and heat an additional 30 seconds.
    Procedure
    Step 1 - I start lying down with a flaccid penis.

    Step 2 - Spread wash cloth out across pubis area and tuck in around base. This is very important since about an inch on my penis is covered by the mons pubis in this position.

    Step 3 - Gripping the head, strecth penis and draw up and rest it on the wash cloth.

    Step 4 - Fold one side across penis to begin wraping it. Normally I will keep a finger on the penis head keeping it in place.

    Step 5 - Fold other side across the top.

    Step 6 - Place rice sock on top of washcloth.

    Step 7 - Leave in place for 5-10 minutes. Reposition sock as needed.

    After this time I'm always ready to start my flaccid stretching exercises.
