  • What Happened? Help?

    Ok boys I come here a man in need . . .

I'm 31 and I'm overweight with an average 6 inch unit.

Up until about 14 months ago I could get rock hard at wind blowing cross ways and I could get hard again and again after finishing. I came to fast most of the time but since I could easily go again in just a few minutes it didn't matter.

However for the past 12-14 months I've had trouble getting really hard. Really hard meaning hard enough to put him in tight places etc . . .I rarely get more than 50% hard with out a lot of work, but I can still come at 50% . . .if I'm getting a BJ I get about 60% and still finish . . .frustration . .

I'm what most would call a sex addict, for the past 5 years leading up to now I've had more partners than I can count. I'de never gone longer than 3 days without sex,BJ,HJ or taking care of myself. . .

Now I'm scared to try at casual sex anymore simply because I may not perform . . .I mean I can still finish via BJ or HJ but I'm no good to the female in this state . . I've had rock hard sex 1 time in the past 3 months . . . I still get mine via other means, but the lack of confidence is getting real old fast.

    I don't want drugs or anything of the type . . .

Diet and exercise and even supplements are the way I'd like to go . . .

    HELP?

LJ: Welcome to The Gym. I think you already know the underlining problem: You're getting older, you're overweight, and you don't eat right. All of these can easily affect your erections. The bad news is that if they are impeding your erections, there's a chance they're impeding other important organs from working properly (most notably your heart).

If I were you, I would go to the doctor for a check up. Better to be safe than sorry. Then I would do what you already know you have to do: Start eating healthy, start exercising, and - the foundation of this site - start penile exercising. Especially do your Kegels.

Start out with a light PE routine at first since your erections are already weak. Make sure you get two days of rest between each workout.

These combinations alone might fix your problem. Just be sure to stick with it. Also, most importantly, try to stay relaxed and don't dwell on the problem (this will only beget more problems).

    Hope this helps,
    rem

I actually went to the Doc I have slightly high blood pressure but other than that I'm healthy.

Any particular PE routine I should start with?
Any supplements you can recommend? I read some where pommegranite (sp?) juice was helpful.

My libido isn't what it used to be either so if the supplements help that it would be great.

I'm trying to eat right and get some exercise daily I just want to target all of my efforts around this.
I want to be in good sexual shape and be ready to do whatever is needed with the best of them . .

Sorry for being so straight to the point about what I am and what I need/want . . . I figured it best to come out and say what I want, we're all adults here.

Thanks again for all the help.

LJ: High blood pressure could have something to do with it. But I wouldn't listen to the doctor too much, if you're overweight you're not completely healthy - period. If you're interested in reading, a really good book which talks about how a healthy lifestyle affects your erections is The Hardness Factor.

About PE, I would start with the Basic Beginner's Routine found in the beginner's guide, but stick with the two days off, one day on schedule for at least two to three weeks.

Also, there are some good supplements for the penis. The best ones for ED and a healthy penis include:
        • L-Arginine
        • Pycnogenol
        • Horny Goat Weed
        • Yohimbe
        • Daily Multi-Vitamin
        • Omega 3's

What Remek says is true. I believe that for a healthy penis, you need a healthy body as well. Cardio and exercise will help increase blood flow and it feels so good too. I also suggest you start a kegel routine to do at least once a day and by God, get some L-arginine. Stuff does wonders for blood flow and is all natural. In my opinion, avoid yohimbee as it has been linked to heart problems in the past. Good luck!
          Started ( August 2003): 5.7 X 4.8 :(
          latest measurement ( 2/15/08) : 8.5 X 6 :D
          Goal: 9 X 6.5 :peace:

Motivation, determination, dedication. The only thing stopping you, is you!

Interesting point about Yohimbe, G-Spot. I never knew that it lead to heart troubles for some, but it appears your right. I did a search, and here's what I found on the American Cancer Society website:

Yohimbe bark has been used as an aphrodisiac (sexual stimulant) for many years. Yohimbe bark has been declared an unsafe herb in Germany because of such complications as increased heart rate and blood pressure, and even kidney failure. In the United States, supplements that are labeled as containing yohimbe bark often contain very little of it.
But on second thought, it doesn't really surprise me. Yohimbe acts a lot like Viagra, which also increases blood flow and can probably lead to heart troubles for some too.

It had been years since I got rock hard wood, I'm 36 now. I actually sort of forgot what a rock hard boner was supposed to be. I'm not taking any extra vitamins or meds. I started doing the dong workouts ( stretch, jelq, PCs - 30 min total workout) about a month ago. I haven't done much measuring yet-
But I have noticed a huge difference in the power. I'm thinking it's the Kegels. It only took about 3 sessions for me to notice. I started with 10 sets of 30. Now I do 5 of 50, and then 2 minutes of PC Clamps (squeeze and hold).
Even if I don't gain a ton more size, this has been worth the effort.

Just try a basic workout for a week or two.

What do you mean by "in the power?" In your erection quality?
