So I'm new to the whole PE thing, here are my starting stats:
BPEL: 5.75 in.
EG: 5.1 in.
BPFSL: 6.25
I feel like those aren't too bad, but I would love to get my BPEL up to 6.5 or maybe 7 and my EG up to 6. Im basically looking for a good routine of exercises to help get me started on my way.
