    I hope some of the vets can help me with this?

    I am edging after my work-out, how-ever I never get to the PONR or even close unless I start looking at porn and then not even anytime. It takes a very long time and my dick loses erection because of that.

    Is this because my work-out routine is too hard on my unit?

    Or should I change my edging to a other part of the day?

    This is my current routine

    Stretching all direction untill 35 Kegels Standing up
    15 minutes Jelqing
    15 V-jelqs
    20 minutes of edging.

    Do you have the same problem when masturbating/edging or having sex distant from your workout? If no, then I reckon that it might be too much for your penis. As you suggested, try to edge later in the day and see if your EQ improves... Or you can also reduce your schedule (go from 5 on 2 off if that's what you're doing to 2 on 1 off, or from 2 on 1 off to 1 on 1 off,...).

      I actually had this problem yes when I had sex with my ex-gf. I could stay hard in this case though, very long i Just couldn't cum. I'll try to edge later in the day first, I thought I was suppose to-do that directly after the work-out due the fact it extends on the work-out itself?

      If that won't work I'll switch to a 2 days on 1 day off routine.

        The kegels in your workout ,could be tiring your pelvic floor. How strong is your pelvic floor ? Anxiety could cause this also, especially with a partner.
        Are you doing any reverse kegels?

          Well I'd say get rid of the porn to start with, if you're only ejaculating with porn then you're sort of relying on it.
          And it seems you have an issue with delayed ejaculation if you couldn't orgasm with your partner as well. In this case I believe Pegasus will be able to further help you.

          It depends on the intensity of the workout on when you edge, I feel. I now like to edge for extended periods several hours before or after my routine due to its intensity, as my dick can be quite tired after the routine. But I do work myself up to full erection after every workout, I feel it's beneficial.

            Hey, I don't have a partner anymore. Because the fucker cheated on my with a friend of mine, so I cut them both out of my life. Looks like I will be riding punani soon again. I don't really have any sexual anxiety, I believe I'm very capable in bed. I do how-ever have the mindset "she comes first" so I can hold out very long.

            I do not do reverse kegels(you mean when your like shitting right?) it's just that my dick is less sensitive since I started pe-ing :P Especially when I just had my work-out and try to have sex soon I have troubles keeping an erection(not always) when there's no constant stimulation.

              I think you've answered your own questions. I found edging works best at a separate time of the day--preferably at night or first thing in the morning. You may find you can edge for a much longer period of time and you may have less trouble staying erect during your edging session.

                are you suppose to edge without porn? after i pe i like to do some edging and it gets me extremely hard and big but i need to watch a lil porn to do it. is this ok?

                  If you can, you should definitely edge without porn. Porn acts like an addiction and the more you'll watch porn, the more you'll need it to get an erection and this might lead you to ED. Try to edge with your imagination.
