i Invented an exercise that is reallly good at engorging the head. I call it "U" grip.
1: This is a jelq best done laying down.
2: Start out with regualr 50-60% jelqs before ingainging in "U" grips.
3: Don't worry ablout getting up to a 70,80,90,100% erection "U" grips can deliver that farely quick.
4: Use a verry "lite grip" your laying on your back and your penis is pointing toward your belly button.
5: Lube up! form an OK grip at the base, "gently squeese" theis base grip.
6: Make a The peace sign with the other hand, curl the fingers engaged in the peace sign. This is the "U" grip.
7: Place the "U" grip just above the OK grip which remains static and does not move.
8: Slowly move the "U" grip up the shaft. Do 20 slow "U" grip jelqs.
9: That is about it.
You will notice quick engorgement of the penis especially the glans.
Your jelqing the CS and the undersides and sides of the CC.
It is best to warm up, stretch and do your regular jelqing routine before engaging in the activity of "U" grips.
A longer than 15 minute warm down is also a must.
Warning NEwbies should not do "U" grip untill 3-5 months of the beginer program is done first. You must have a well conditoned dick before you do the "U" grip.Last edited by kingpole; 02-19-2008 at 11:09 PM.

Hi, I read your thread hotrod, and, I understand a little bit more about Kegel, and also I've read on the main webpage on pegym.com, and still I don't know how to kegel, can someone give tell me how to kegel, or even give me a link to a site that has a video, I tried watching one of the videos here, but nothing happened, not even the video showed up.

My BPFSL is 7 & 3/8
My BPEL is 7 & 1/4
My erection is a solid 9 (pun intended)
My current girth routine is 4 days a week 150 jelqs with a 1 minute Squeeze at the end of every 10th jelq giving me 15 minutes of Squeeze.
4 - 45 sec side bends followed by 1 minute of Slinky's
10 Slow Squash Jelqs.
My length routine I recently changed due to some intuitive judgements while looking over past programs:
20 1 minute DLD Bundled Tunica Stretches and 12 Ultra Lig stretches. I try to do this 5 days a week but it's hard to be consistant.
Since I started this girth routine in June I have gained 1/4 inch in mid girth but no length gains whatsoever since then.
According to this theory do you recommend cutting way back on the girth or will the increased focus on the tunica cause gains despite the major girth work?

Hey anth1225, I don't see much stretching in your routine. DLD's bundled stretches are still girth work. You need to drop off the girth work for awhile and s..t..r..e..t..c..h that puppy.

All this time I thought the Bundled tunica stretch was for length. Wow no wonder why girth going so good but length really sucking.

Hey guys, sorry I took forever to get around to this.
Difference between my BPFSL and my BPEL: .75
EQ: 7.5 (on average lately, I do get 10's and 9's sometimes, but I'm assuming on average is really what you're looking for)
