first of all, i know smoking is horrible for everyone. i should quit and i am trying. how bad is smoking for PE? does it make a difference in gains? what do u guys think?

Yes it makes a big differences "The Book" says you'll gain 1/4" just quitting. Nicotine is a very potent vasoconstrictor, it clamps down vessels slowing blood flow at the extremities. It effects ever system in the body. We all know what it dose to heart vessels, it dose that also to your penis it just doesn't kill you when it happens bellow the belt. I wount go on and on but I could. Suffice it to say quit if you can you will not be sorry and your dick will thank you.

starting stats: nov '10 6x5
short term goal: 7x5
long term goal: 9x6.5 I don't care how long it takes.
I'm obsessed and will meet this goal even if it takes years.

Remek the founder of the PE gym wrote "The Book", EXERCISING THE PENIS his real name is Aaron Kemmer. You can pick the book up on AMAZON.COM It's a great book easy to read and pack with lots of great stuff. It's identified as "The Book" in the list of acronyms and abbreviations.

You won't be sorry (about the book). By the way I quit smoking a couple of months ago and all of a sudden my gains jumped and I've had larger hangs all the time. I know that it"s not a fluke. Quit sooner than latter and yeah I know that X-smokers are the worst.
