  • Which Indicators to follow?! :s

    So when I started PE, I simply done 40 slow jelqs and a 60 second uli. I done this for 2 months and began getting morning/night wood for the first time in YEARS

    Now after 2 months, I have changed my routine to 40 jelqs, 2 45 second ulis, 60 second uli and plenty of stretching.

    Thing is, I get no more night wood!!

    But my flaccid hang has been the best ever, and even my girlfriend said my tool felt thicker in her mouth [I noticed it was thicker too]


    So which Indiactors sould I follow? Larger flaccid hang or night wood?



    P.S. Could I jelq a bit on off days to maybe get my night wood back?

    If you've brought stretching in, then that will probably explain why you've lost the wood. EQ often suffers with stretching.
    As for the hang, I know my flaccid hang was better when I was stretching as well. These things seem normal.

    I would keep your off days as off days. And KEGEL!

      both are Positive PI's.. but i would say that the uli's are for a well conditioned penis and you say you've done PE for 2 months maybe doing the uli's are a bit too soon.. Maybe instead of doing uli's you can do v-jelqs (which is a girth exercise). I would say its too early for the Uli exercise.. So, in the beginning i would go for getting the morning wood back and after 2 months try doing uli's again, then your penis is more conditioned for the more advanced exercises!

        Ah I see. Is there any length exercises which DONT involve stretching?

        I've heard this around a few times now. Thing is, I was doing ulis when I first started and was getting night wood like crazy!

        Also, wouldnt doing ulis help condition my penis so it gets used to them?

          First, I think that you were lucky not to get any injury from doing ulis as a beginner and no, this is not an exercise to condition the penis. That said, you've been doing them for 2 months so the risk of injury is less important now...
          Be careful to always watch your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth! ). A better flaccid hang is a positive PI and the loss of night wood definitely a negative one and is the one you should focus on. So Aidan is right, a couple of days off is definitely what you need.
          If you want to gain length without stretching, keep in mind that jelqing is a very good exercise, especially when done at low erection level.

            I wouldn't necessarily stop stretching because of reduced EQ, just kegel, edge and wet jelq to keep it up. A good balance is required.

              Can I do some light jelqing rather than take complete days off? Only say 30-50 jelqs to keep blood flowing...

              Well I currently do

              4 x 1 min basic stretches every direction

              5 x 5 second other type of stretch

              6 x 20 second under leg stretches [Raise leg and stretch between leg upto rear]

              Bare in mind I had not done any stretching before this stretching routine...

                I would take complete days off to allow your penis to recover quicker

                  I like the idea of a good balance among the various manual exercises--and even if you are using some kind of device as well. Stretching will definitely reduce your EQ if you spend too much time stretching and not enough time jelqing. The way to get your morning woodies back is to return to the basics: jelqing, kegeling and a nice long edging session at a separate time of the day or night. I prefer the night.

                  You can't have it all. But you can try.......

                    See if I could I would jelq all day! But I can only get in about 10-12 slow jelqs before my erection has gone.

                    I continue to get it up, jelq, etc until I've done about 50 jelqs then he just wont respond, like he's all tired out!

                      Be careful of the under leg stretch. I was stretching my flaccid penis between my legs and up my butt. I was trying to reach the second vertebrae and I injured the nerves below my glans--with too tight a hold. Just be careful, Bud.

                        Thanks for the heads up! I'm contemplating not doing these at all for now.. This is my first routine with stretches and I fear I may be over-doing it too soon... What do you think?

                        Also, is there any other effective stretches I could do safely to replace them?

                          Yes, do try to keep it simple. Stick with the less strenuous stretches as a starter. You can always add those more advanced stretches later. I was well into my first year of p.e. when I tried the BTC one--my version.

                          I would stick with the straight out and down one--not to eliminate the others, of course. That one worked GREAT for me. I also like the helicopters (rotors). They keep the blood flowing. If I do too many I get a woody. Play it by ear, pal.

                          P.S. Pisspulls are good too.

                            Damn I wish I could get EQ like that! And I'm only 18!

                            Would pisspulls be done every day? Even rest days? Also, how long should I do them for and how many?

                              Remember that you only do a pisspull when you take a piss. How long? Twenty seconds to a half minute. It also depends where you are, right? I don't think it will hurt you to do them everyday. But if your dick starts to retract, that may indicate that they are too strenuous for you at this time.

                              Don't forget the kegel. Noobies, and ex-noobies tend to forget about them. They are yea important.

                              Are you completely off porn? I hope so.
