Start with JP's beginners routine. If it's too strenuous, you may have to cut back some. Check out the other basic routines. Play it by ear. Read up! Read as much as you can on the various threads. Stick with the winners. It's a lot about trial and error, so you want to do as much research and reading about p.e. as you can before you decide which routine to follow.
Learn about kegeling, jelqing, and stretching. Start out real slow and build up gradually. Don't overdo it in your excitement to make yourself a stronger, healthier, and (we hope) bigger dick.
Best of luck!!

You have been given very good advice so why not take it.Go do some reading but I wouldn't do much jumping.I don't think jumping and pe are compatible. So go do the beginners program and then when you're done you can jump, hop skip, or anything else you'd like to do. Just concentrate on pe when you're doing pe! Welcome to the forum! Could you tell I had some extra time on my hands?

Read, take notes, read, take notes, sleep, review notes, take notes and repeat for quite some time. The knowledge is priceless and great payoff in the end!
