What changes did you first see after PE?
-I saw increased sensitivity and hard erections after the first day of JP's 90 day routine!
How long before you measured?
-Not long, about a week and I saw an ever so slight increase.
How long before you increased erect length?
-Very quickly. Bringing all that new blood to your penis allows you to gain the slight 1/10 of an inch in a matter of weeks.
How many months before you reached an inch?
-I've been at it on and off for about a year now and i still haven't reached an inch in length. I wanna say that with a consistent routine you could have an inch on your cock with in the year.

The first changes I saw was morning wood, then came the improvement of erection quality, next it was a fuller/bigger flaccid hang.

I did not measure until the end of the first month and that was when I knew that I'd gained in length a 1/4" in the first month.

I picked up my first inch in length after my fourth month and I'm still going strong.

Thank you guys for answering, I did a mistake which was measuring the wrong way at the beginning and now I dont know if I am any bigger. But I am confident that I will gain.

What changes did you first see after PE?
Flaccid: Thicker, plumper, heavier, better hang
Erect: Stronger EQ, thicker, veinier
How long before you measured?
1 month
How long before you increased erect length?
1 month (by 0.1", next month by 0.125")
How many months before you reached an inch?
Not there yet, after 7 months I have gained 0.35" of erect length (an average of 0.05" a month)
At that rate, it would take me another 13 months to reach +1" erect length gain.
However, I have learned many things and am confident that I will start to gain more from improved technique, longer sessions, etc

First, improved vascularity and flaccid hang.
Two weeks or so.
About a month.
Seven.

after 3 months i gained 1.4 cm in length - nbpel, which is 0.65 inch. I am super happy and motivated to continue.
