ok so today was my first day of not smoking. it was amazing how easy it was. i psyched myself up so much by endlessly convincing myself that i do not need them, i do not want them, its gross and it smells bad, it costs too damn much, ill miss out on 10+ years of living, and most important of all: IT WILL SHRINK MY DICK! I cant wait for day 2 of not smoking. I can't believe how incredibly simple it was. i smoked for 15 years. Thats way to damn long. Here is the best part: best flaccid hang ever. ever. nearly doubled from what i had before i started PE 5 weeks ago. I owe a big fat "Thank You" to everyone who commented in UnitaElevation's thread "Smoking shrivled my dick." Thanks so much for being here and changing peoples lives guys. Im a changed man. Now my PE can really go to the next level. Thanks again for the moral support and the many answers to my many questions guys. I just wanna yell out: "IM NOT SMOKING ANYMORE AND IM GONNA HAVE A HUGE DICK!" ..maybe i will.

I too, partake in the cancer sticks...and I've noticed my EQ has suffered over the last 5 or so years, and I'm pretty sure it's the smoking. I hope to quit on January 1. And to stay with the beginner routine...day 5 and counting!

I've been trying to quit smoking for a long time. It's difficult to keep things in perspective when you're not getting laid anytime soon.
Are you using and smoking sestation aids? I was wondering if caffeine, also a vesoconstrictor would be sabotaging my gains?

i got some of the nicotine lozenges for the jones. they have instructions to be on them for 3 months but screw that. i ended taking like 4 or 5 yesterday whenever someone pissed me off. from what i read here on the forums caffeine, nicotine, and eating unhealthy ALL are detrimental to gains so im quitting them all. probably will still have a little caffeine though. sometimes i just HAVE to have that coffee in the AM.

Congratulations! I have quit smoking before only to start again. Huge disappointment. People say quiting is the hard part but I disagree. For me and it sounds like you it just came natural one day. I didn't buy more cigarettes I went through my withdrawal and that was that. My downfall was "cheating" allowing myself to have just one while drinking. Or one during a period of high stress. If you want to stay quit there is never an acceptable time to have just one. Think of yourself as an addict because you are. Just one is enough to ruin all you worked for. I hope this advice helps you and hopefully I will be joining you on the smoke free side soon. Good Luck.
