    I did beginner PE's for about 3 weeks. About 3-4 times a week, proper warm up and cooldown, 15 minutes stretch, 150-200 jelqs each time.

    For the first 2 weeks, my flaccid was larger and my EQ was great. However, on the 3rd week, my EQ was a very low so I stopped for a week.
    One week later, my flaccid PENIS SHRANK. NOT turtling, but actually shrank. It was as my flaccid penis shrank about 50% in size. (AGAIN not turtling. It shrank, including the head)

    So I took about 3 weeks off. 4th week now, my flaccid is back to normal. My EQ is coming back to normal but not completely great yet.

    a. Was this normal?
    b. What could have caused this (overtraining? But it seems like I wasn't doing as much or more than other guys out there)
    c. How much longer should I rest and should I go back?

    I think it was overtraining. 15 minutes stretching seems like quite a lot to me. Every guy is different and it seems the less is more is what you need.
    I would rest until you feel your EQ is back to normal.

    Woah sorry I meant 5 minutes of stretching.

    if 15mins is to long for stretching, how the hell are you going to gain length?

    By stretching enough but not too much that it cause INJURY. You have to find YOUR threshold. Maybe you can handle 15 minutes, maybe you can't.

    You've been here long enough to know that less is often more for most guys.

    Exactly, everyone should know this. We're not all at the same point in our PE journeys. A beginner should always take it easy until he is properly conditioned for greater intensity.

    This applies to all aspects of PE, as well as any form of exercise.

    Proper conditioning for greater intensity is the name of the game. That is what worked for me. Big Al talks about this all the time.

    "a. Was this normal?" I would say not, if anything you should have a bigger flaccid after your workouts that lasts untill the next day.


    "b. What could have caused this (overtraining? But it seems like I wasn't doing as much or more than other guys out there)" If you masturbate or edge too much with PE it can add on to over training.


    "c. How much longer should I rest and should I go back?" 1-2 weeks or untill your EQ and horniness returns.
