    I've been reading some posts lately new and old ones. The first was a long thread about the tunica-something(dont remember the exact name) and the soft muscle, their difrences and their role in PE. It was quite complicated but in conclusion it was saying that those guys whose soft muscle is more "limited" than their tunica would benefit more from squeezing excersises, excersizes than promote growth at the soft muscle and would also have harder erections along with other gains. Other guys whose tunica is more "limited" than the soft muscle, would benefit more, for lenght/girth gains at least, from excersizes that focus more on stretching BUT at a cost: lose of EQ. The other was a more recent one, titled "Different erection types? " at the PE forum, a couple of days ago. On the improvement of EQ with PE, Going411by7 concluded: "If you jelq, kegel and edge excusively yes!! Once you add the stretches, you sacrifice some eq. Take your choice"

    I am a begginer here aswell, for start i'd like to ask: does EQ only determine how hard your penis is, or does it also count other things? I mean, lose of EQ actually means a softer penis, not "rock hard" when erect? I guess we all know how it is like to have a rock hard erection, of course it feels very nice. People who sacrificed some EQ when they added streching perhaps could tell me how does it feel like, is it actually softer when erect than it used to be?

    And if thats thats the deal that doesnt sound very nice to me. I think it is quite important for begginers to know

    Other than that, if you only jelq, kegel, edge/balloon (and other sqeeze/girth excersizes perhaps?) in order not to lose EQ, will you still see gains? Perhaps not as great as with stretching, for lenght at least, but will there be gains at all, at girth at least?

    Or are there excersizes that train both the tunica and the soft muscle?
    And if yes, which ones are those?

    In other words, can you do PE in order to keep a very high EQ and still have gains?

    I explained my questions the best i could. I guess this has been asked many many times but well cant read all those thousand pages. I'd apreciate it alot if some veterans could clarify all these (and perhaps a bit more info about the soft muscle and the tunica).

    EQ is quality of erection. Not erection hardness.
    Hardness is a part of it, but it's also how it feels, any movement, staying power, vascularity, ect.
    Also, I truly believe that many people think their EQ is already good and shouldn't worry about that. I was like that. Now I know, I can get a bagillion times harder now than before.

    Hmm I guess I never really thought of it like that NP, I always judged my EQ solely by the hardness.

    I definitely could improve "staying "power", if I take my mind off my cock for a few minutes, down goes my erection

    Same here.

    And Icy when I started I knew I wanted two things.

    A harder and larger penis.
    Right now after 2 months of beginners training I can definitely say in my experience that I gained both EQ and size by "only" Jelqing, edging and kegeling.

    For me PE starts and ends with penis health and that means watching my PIs and EQ. I have chosen to first go after length that means for me stretching and jelqs. I have gained an inch in length and a half inch in girth and I happy to report that my EQ is as good now as it was when I was 18 years old.

    Your reading and study should be commended. Keep in mind that we are all custom models. what would tear off on persons dick might be a pleasant stretch for an other. This is why it is so important to keep an eye on your PIs and to journal your routine so that you may determine what works best for you and to best meet your goals.

    No I know that's what you meant If I have an erection (not while having sex) and don't stimulate it for a few minutes, it will start to go away

    mmhm, i still have my thoughts about it. sorry about all this sceptisicm-its not just this forum and PE, been like that since i remember myself-

    Still, i want some more answers about the effectiveness of jelqing, kegels, edging and some girth excersizes for general growth, not only eq. And i mean doing only those, for a long time, with very little length focusing excersizes

    I jelq, stretch, edge.... and lately have forgotten to do my kegels.
    My gains are in my signature.
    Edging. Well edging is a way to practice controling your ejaculation. Know what feels best, and when to stop. You also tend to get the biggest erections while edging.
    Kegels. Kegels are an exercise that tightens your BC/PC muscles. Butthole muscles basically. With practice they can add to the stamina and help with hardness of erections. Reverse kegels are important as well.
    Jelqing. It moves the blood, expanding the cells. I think it's better for girth than length, especially at higher erection levels.
    All have been GRRRRRRRRRRREAT for my EQ, unless I over did it. Edge for too long, kegel yoo much, jelq too hard or too much. Etc.
