    I'll be starting PE exercises soon,
    I don't know much but where do I start to 'know what to do'?
    I read some of the stickies, is it okay if I use body lotion for the lube?
    I think I will try out JP's 90days beginner routine. Is that a good one? What does he mean by "grab under the glands"? Is that at the bottom of the shaft where you jelq?
    And When you tuh "straight out and straight down" is that up (12:00) then tug down (6:00)? Or am I off?

    Read THIS thread and its additional links and it will give you the basics. The glans are the head of the penis so you know, and just disregard the LOT theory.

      Also; do you know a link to how to properly do a v-jelq?
      And with "hang" stretch do I Just stick it in the middle Of My balls Or alternate on left. Side of balls, and right?

        The V jelq has a link on that info I gave you, as far as the stretches go then follow JP's instructions.
