So I started JP's 90 day beginer routine a little less than a month ago. For the first week and a half I was doing it every other day then I bumped it up to 2 on 1 off. At first I noticed I had a lower hanging flacid and better erections then about a week ago my flacid was all shrivled up and my erection quality went down. I decided to take a several days off. Afterward my flacid went back to hanging lower but my eq is still pretty bad. I'm not taking any suppliments or doing the kegal excercises. I plan on doing the kegals now as a part of the routine. Is that my mistake here or are there other things going on?
