    Okay, I've been jelqing for like a month now and I've been experiencing pain and after soreness at the fat of my penis(where the base is SUPPOSED TO BE! >.<) Maybe it's the pubic hair that I pull each time I jelq or something, I don't know. I would like to know two things: Even though I can't fully jelq down to the base, will I still gain length and girth at a normal rate? Is there anything I can do to lessen the pain as well?(Don't say "Lose weight" neither!) Thank you.

    Pain means that you put too much pressure on the grip. First month is just a start and you should be careful of what you are doing. If you feel the pain than stop! Try again after 2 days and use less pressure. If the pain comes again, than stop and wait for longer period.
    Soreness is from exercises, because your penis is tired and needs to rest, try less reps if soreness is too much for you.
    If it is the pubic hair than shave it, it will look better too.
    Try your best to understand the jelqing technique from the base to glans. When you will find how to jelq properly, than you will get out the full potential of your exercises.

    I can't jelq down to the base because of my fat, that's the thing. I do jelq close to it when I'm lying on my back.

    I had quite the canundrum when I had first discovered PE, and as a result I put off doing it seriously for a long time Im still really overweight and have a fat pad, but what I do is when I jelq, I go all the way down to the base, pushing the fat pad back, when I jelq down, I bend my legs, like a sqaut, just makes thing easier if ya got a gut and a fat pad, anyway, hope this helps.

    Thanks. That's kind of already what I do. I just was wondering if being overweight and not going down to my base each time would prolong results.

    Lose weight just for your health. I don't much like the idea but I've partially shaved areas that I'm going to be dealing with for PE stuff before. It will help if it's getting in the way, and it will grow back...

    Oh, and one final question! I've started back jelqing last week at 190 jelqs a day five times a week. I've taken my weekend break, should I move up to 200 now or stay at 190 another week before advancing?

    What Peg means is...well from your description it sounds as though you are jelqing from the head down to your base, in that direction. I hope this is not the case as it would probably explain the pain you are feeling.

    Do you think it is wise to increase the intensity of a workout that is causing you noticeable pain? If so, then go ahead and up the jelqs. Its your dick after all.
