Well everyone here says EQ at 9 or some other figure! Is it all guess work then? Or is it based on how hard it feels to touch or how long the erection lasts at full hardness? How do u know if ur EQ is at 7 or 10?? How can you tell???

You don't know. It is all just relative to the most rigid erection you have personally experienced.
