Hey all how are you doing ? My name is Mitch I'm about 5'7 and 176-178 at the moment. I stopped working out(weight training) for about 2 months and just started again 4 weeks ago and also I started steroids ( test e and deca ) 3 weeks ago. For the most part I eat *a balanced healthy diet ( meal replacements protein shakes mutual vitamins creatine) and smoke a little of weed and drink here and there .*
I've been reading on pe exercise for quite some time on and off. I guess what dragged me back into this forum is that I started working out again and eating right, but mainly what drags in back is of course my penis and my performance. I have a girlfriend and I usually never have a problem making her orgasm at least once during sex. Lately within these pass 2 weeks I haven't be able to make that happen.. Of course it could be many other factors but my main concern is the fact that I can't hold an erection for a long period of time while I'm inside. I tend to go soft and feel as if I need to pull out and let my dick breathe and then we are good again and then again and again. I also can't hold it for really long. I've had days where I can go on forever and give her like 10 orgasms but that hasn't happened in a while. I've never had a ed problem and I have taken viagra and cialis for the hell of it.
*i am aware of the newbie routine, and of the rice/bean socks for warm up and certain exercises. I am currently this may or may not be accurate bone pressed = 6.75 and girth I am 5.25 at the middle.. I also am *uncircumcised.. I am just interested in mainly keeping my erections and girth but wouldn't mind getting some length.
I guess my only real questions are*
1. Do you recommended doing that newbie routine ? Or any certain routine for my main focus from most to least*
erection / lasting longer / girth / length / shots
2. Is being uncircumcised make a difference ?
3. If I stop will I lose everything ?
Thanks in advance*

Welcome to the gym Mitch,
I think that this place will definitely help you to solve your problems, provided that you are patient, dedicated and work enough on it. One of the main and first benefit of PE is to increase your erection quality, i.e. harder and longer lasting erections... A beginner routine will be perfect to start: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...y-threads.html . It'll prepare your penis for advanced exercises like girth exercises and should give good results regarding your described objectives.
Being uncircumcised makes PE sometimes a bit more difficult to practice but it's not an issue and should be a big deal (I'm uncut and have had good results so far). Here's a thread to help uncut members: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...ighlight=uncut
If you stop, you'll probably loose part of your gains unless you cement them for a long enough time. Read this: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...ight=cementing

When you went back to the gym after two months off you didn't pick up where you left off. Cementing is a misnomer since nothing stays permanent without some maintenance routine. The one thing you have going for you is that you are already at a very good size. I wouldn't go at PE too strongly since one of the main negative PI's is erection reduction. Do JP's routine and perhaps try doing it one day on and one or two off. Start off slow and see if your improved penis health leads to a longer lasting erection. Get a good kegel routine going also. If you go at this too intensely you are going to make the area you want to improve most worse.

Messing with your hormone system is dangerous and could be a factor in your erectile issues.

So I guess steroids really don't benefit in any way. Normalguy thanks for the links and the warm welcome. Just out of curiosity do you pull the foreskin back when jelqing ? I'm reading that you need both hands to jelq if not you are defeating the purpose of trapping the blood in the glans with one hand?
